As an International On Premise Trade Marketing Manager, you'll support the development and management of POS tools, such as coolers and event equipment, to drive Red Bull's presence in restaurants, bars, events, and festivals. The role focuses on strategic POS activation, utilizing data analysis and market insights for fact-based decisions. Responsibilities include tracking orders, inventory, and placements, and overseeing the POS lifecycle in collaboration with various teams. The position also aims to improve POS availability and transparency across the supply chain and involves leading sustainability projects within the On Premise sector.

This role focuses on analyzing global POS performance, generating actionable insights and KPIs, optimizing marketing processes, and driving sustainability initiatives, all aimed at positioning Red Bull as the top energy drink in all segments.
In this role, you'll gain a deep understanding of the On Premise landscape and apply POS strategies to meet the needs of customers, consumers, and Red Bull. You'll also be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for POS solutions to position Red Bull as the top brand across all On Premise segments, while ensuring integration and alignment with the broader Red Bull On Premise strategy.
You'll analyze global POS performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You'll also generate actionable insights from this data to support decision-making and strategic planning. You'll conduct global inventory analysis and reporting, while developing and optimizing marketing processes for POS data tracking and inventory management, with a focus on improving efficiency.
You'll develop the On Premise sustainability strategy and ensure compliance with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements as well as coordinate and track customer requests to support sustainability efforts.
You'll coordinate and support country marketing teams in developing customized solutions for key lighthouse accounts, while also overseeing and monitoring local sourcing opportunities.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement processes for efficient end-to-end POS lifecycle management and will also participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the global POS lifecycle management project, providing detailed analysis and follow-up to ensure milestones are met and objectives achieved.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- +5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with marketing and operations functions
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and Trade Marketing are required
- Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
- Demonstrate exceptional, planning, project management, presentation skills and experience with managing different stakeholders
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
- Strong analytical with Strategic ability & teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, do-it-now” attitude, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
