Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our central Data Team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our BI infrastructure overseeing data governance as well as driving actionable insights and making direct impact on efficiency of marketing expenditures.

Tasks

• Partner closely with Marketing leaders and stakeholders to shape the marketing strategy through datadriven insights and impactful analysis.
• Provide and present reports that are actionable for business departments and support the decision making process.
• Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers support and mentor colleagues within Data & business teams to build maintain and improve the set of current dashboards applying best Business Intelligence practices.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define refine organize and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
• Design and develop Data Models that empowers end users to answer their own questions.
• Drive adaptation of new tools & technologies in BI area to maintain a clean accurate and efficient data governance framework.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst or related role.
• Strong Marketing analytics background with proven experience in digital marketing projects. Experience in attribution modeling is a plus.
• Proven proficiency in SQL with strong experience in building clean and meaningful tables.
• Expertlevel knowledge of Tableau with outstanding data storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts data governance principles and ETL processes. Experience with DBT and Amazon Web Services or other cloud computer platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem solving analytical thinking and organizational qualities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
