Am Standort Österreich in Traun wird aktuell ein:e Softwareentwickler:in mit Kundenkontakt gesucht, der:die unsere aktuellen Bestands- und Neukunden beim Einführungsprozess unserer Lösungssoftware PSIpenta betreut.
Folgende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
- Softwareentwicklung & Consulting, der Entwicklungsanteil liegt dabei bei rund 60-80%.
- Ansprechpartner/in für die Kunden im technischen Bereich
- Definition der Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden
- Projektleitung von Teilprojekten sowie Gesamtprojekten unterschiedlicher Größe
- Customizing der Software und die technische Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen zuständig (z.B. Schnittstellen, Datenmapping, Frontend-Adaptierungen).
- Spezifikationen, Aufwandsschätzungen und das Testen & Dokumentieren der umgesetzten Lösungen
- eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Software Engineering (z.B. HTL) mit 2-3 Jahren Berufserfahrung bzw. ein facheinschlägiges Studium (z.B. FH, Uni) vorweisen können,
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise mit JavaScript haben,
- mit weitere spannende Technologien (nice-to-have) wie Java, JavaFX, C#/.NET, Angular, HTML, CSS vertraut sind,
- Interesse und Verständnis für Themen rund um Geschäftsprozesse & Industrie haben.
- Freude an kompetenter Kundenberatung haben,
- ein sicheres Auftreten, kombiniert mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und dem notwendigen Einfühlungsvermögen mitbringen,
- eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Motivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aufweisen,
- Mobilität und Reisebereitschaft haben, sowie über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil) verfügen,
