Requirements

• You have proven experience as a creative video editor, showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates your creative flair and technical expertise in pure post-production work.
• You can independently accept briefs and coordinate directly with brand teams and/or clients to understand their vision and expectations.
• You are responsible for outlining the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• You will develop creative treatments, incorporating elements such as motion design, animations, AI, and sound treatments.
• You understand the heartbeat of fast-paced social platforms, ensuring our content is not just seen but savored in a world that never stops scrolling.
• You uphold the highest standards of video quality, ensuring every frame tells a story worth sharing.
• You can transform raw footage into engaging, shareable stories that align with our brand and resonate with social media audiences.
• You are capable of delivering finished videos that meet high-quality standards, including audio mixing, SFX, motion design, mastering, and color grading.
• You are familiar with colour grade in Davinci Resolve, Premier Pro / Davinci round trip.
• You have a very good understanding of design, animation and typography.
• You are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create graphics in After Effects and Photoshop.
• You are comfortable working on both Mac OS and Windows.
• You are a self-starter who is also willing to learn new programs and push boundaries.
• You are fluent in the nuances of various social media platforms, understanding what makes content shareable and memorable.
• You are an expert in digital technology, who is always up to date with the latest innovations in video technology, social media and the ever-changing digital landscape.
• You have the ability to work to deadlines and efficiently handle a high volume of work.
• You have 3-5 years experience working in the advertising, broadcast or social media industry.
• Excellent English language skills, German is a plus.
