Das kannst du in der Position bewirken:- Du kannst in Projekten selbstständig mitarbeiten oder diese sogar im Lead verantworten (in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung)
- Bei dir laufen die Fäden zusammen – du verantwortest die Terminkoordination und Korrespondenz der Bereichsleitung und übernimmst das Reisemanagement für das gesamte Team
- Durch deine Analyse und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen wie bspw. Reportings, Präsentationen oder Verträgen trägst du wesentlich dazu bei, dass aktuelle Themen schnell und am Punkt bearbeitet werden können
- Die Koordination der Wissensformate für das gesamte Team liegt ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich – damit unterstützt du das Team in der Vertiefung und Erweiterung seines Know-hows
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Assistent:in einer Bereichsleitung oder auch Geschäftsführung
- Du bringst vielleicht sogar Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement mit und besitzt eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Du weißt, was es braucht, um als Kommunikationsschnittstelle intern und extern zu agieren
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Selbstständigkeit, Genauigkeit und Serviceorientierung aus
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse
Wir bieten ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 2.600,– für Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
