Your Responsibilities

• Become a part of the international team
• Bridge the gap between the customer needs and technical solutions
• Gather requirements from commercial departments in Southern Europe (focus on Spain, France, Italy)
• Be involved in testing new tech products and services
• Participate in Incident Management: qualify incidents and orient them to the right teams
• Gather insights and user feedback to support the updated Change Management plan

Your profile

• Good knowledge in the product domain scope
• Change management skills & tools knowledge
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Collaboration & teamwork, with the ability to work in an agile development environment
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is of advantage
