Senior Forest Sales Manager mwd

Your tasks:

• Strategic acquisition: Independent identification and approach of potential new customers until the contract is signed.
• Contract management: Drafting negotiating and concluding contracts.
• Presentation and consultation: Organising presentations and consultations to introduce our feasibility studies and projects.
• Customer support: Building and maintaining longterm relationships with forest owners and business customers to ensure customer success.
• Market development: Supporting and codesigning the gotomarket strategy for new markets.
• Team leadership: Managing and coaching a team of Junior Sales Representatives.
• Process optimisation: Analysis and optimisation of existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Your profile:

• Degree in forestry business administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales preferably in forestry sustainability or a related sector.
• Sound knowledge of forestry topics and sustainable management.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing contracts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High level of initiative motivation and ability to organise yourself.
• Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
• Fluent in German good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work in a team strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
