Global EHSQ Manager (Hybrid from EU)

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a dynamic Global EHSQ Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work from any EU location while providing leadership, support, and technical guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees. Responsibilities:

1. Safety Leadership: Lead by example and provide guidance to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

2. Compliance Champion: Develop, implement, and maintain a global EHSQ management system compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

3. Certification Expert: Lead ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulations.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure companywide compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and laws regarding safety and environmental practices.

5. Investigation Guru: Lead investigations of safety-related accidents and near misses, facilitating other investigations as needed.

6. Audit Master: Manage global EHSQ auditing, planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external audits for compliance with ISO standards and regulations.

7. Coordination Extraordinaire: Coordinate audit schedules and resources with regional teams and external auditors.

8. Action Plan Architect: Develop action plans for non-conformities identified during audits, ensuring timely resolution.

9. Reporting Whiz: Prepare comprehensive audit reports and monitor corrective actions, analyzing data for systemic issues and improvement opportunities.

10. Continuous Improvement Prodigy: Stay updated on standards and regulations, updating protocols and procedures accordingly, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

11. Training Maven: Develop and deliver EHSQ training programs for all employees, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge to prioritize safety.

12. Trend Tracker: Monitor trends in EHSQ performance metrics and lead incident investigations to identify areas for improvement.

13. SharePoint Guru: Manage SharePoint applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize functionality to streamline data management.

14. UWEB Manager: Oversee the web-based training platform UWEB, ensuring it meets the needs of our global team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A Safety & Environmental related bachelor’s degree or other recognized qualifications.

- Five years’ experience in a senior safety leadership role.

- Chemical industry experience is a MUST

- English language proficiency is essential.

- Computer literate, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

- High degree of confidentiality.
