Technical Project Manager

Are you a passionate project manager who wants to make a difference on our future production technical set up and enjoys working on a global level?

In this role, you’re responsible to manage multiple engineering and technical projects at our production site in Austria, which are relevant to ensure full technical availability. Additionally, you’ll be part of the implementation team for all kind of projects and take care of smooth communication in projects.

The projects you will be working on include the design and installation of new production equipment as well as process improvements and building expansions.

Job Description

PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

In this position you’ll take new projects to implementation and beyond. You’ll coordinate and align closely with the project team and stakeholders at our production site, equipment suppliers, and technical teams. By doing so, you’ll implement and apply project management methodologies to support and direct the global premix production team. This includes the creation and maintenance of (project) data, running of meetings, tracking of tasks & progress, providing status reports, and managing issue resolution. You’ll monitor and control the entire project lifecycle from initiation through planning to successful implementation.

COLLABORATION AND PRESENTATION

You’ll manage peer contacts with partners and stakeholders in close cooperation with the department head, operation managers and other project partners (external experts). You’ll gather in-depth specialist’s knowledge and further technical knowledge to enable yourself as strong counterpart towards external suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders. Finally, you’ll regularly report project timelines, schedules and data within the system and prepare reports for (top) management.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Masters' Degree in technical environment (preferably in Engineering or Project Management)

German native speaker, English fluent

Very good technical understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering and/or product design

Experience in managing or working in cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment on a global level is a plus

Team player combined with very strong interpersonal and communication skills

Very structured work approach

Ability to work in complex environment

Knowledge of project management methods (CAPM, university course, IPMA, practical experience)

Experience using data systems such as SAP, MS Office, (+) Jira, Confluence

Flexible and creative, open minded, solution- and process oriented

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.511,90 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
