Deine Rolle im Team
- Du übernimmst eine zentrale Planungsrolle im Scrum-Team.
- Du klärst Fragen ab und bist das Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Kunden.
- Du erarbeitest zusammen mit unseren Kunden User-Stories und bereitest diese für die Entwicklung auf.
- Du erstellst Dokumentation für das Projekt, ggf. auch in Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern.
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Product-Backlog, pflegst, aktualisierst und priorisierst diesen in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden und dem Entwickler-Team.
- Du übernimmst Test-Aufgaben und die Abnahme von User-Stories während eines laufenden Sprints.
- Du erstellst Angebote, die auf den Aufwandsschätzungen des Entwicklerteams und bisherigen Erfahrungen basieren.
- Du bist der erste Business-Ansprechpartner in einem Projekt.

Qualifikationen
- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Wissen in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Stakeholdern.
- Du hast ein technisches Grundverständnis und Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Entwicklern.
- Du kommunizierst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du kannst gut präsentieren und fühlst dich in Meeting-Situationen vor mehreren Personen wohl dabei, eine zentrale Rolle einzunehmen und entsprechende Präsenz auszustrahlen.
- Du kannst gut parallel arbeiten und es stört dich nicht auch mal an mehreren Projekten zeitgleich das Projektmanagement zu übernehmen.
- Du verfügst über ein Grundwissen mit Tools wie Jira. (von Vorteil)
Erfahrung
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Produkt- oder Projektmanagement, insbesondere mit den agilen Entwicklungsmethoden Scrum und / oder Kanban.
- Du hast eigene Erfahrungen als Entwickler gemacht. (von Vorteil)
Ausbildung
- Du bist ein zertifizierter Product Owner. (von Vorteil)
