Professional Services Team Lead (Fintech)

● Collaborate with internal teams like developers, finance, and legal to achieve optimal client outcomes.

● Identify areas for process improvement and continuously optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.

● Contribute to business development efforts by fostering strong client relationships and representing the team at industry events (when feasible).

Obligatory:

● 6+ years of experience in professional services, IT implementation, or a related field, with a focus on complex B2B solutions in the financial services industry (a plus)

● Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a matrixed organization, achieving consistent project success and exceeding client expectations

● In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong ability to adapt them to the specific needs of a startup environment

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders (clients, internal teams)

● Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving APIs, product configuration, and collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders (developers, finance, legal)

Preferably:

● Proven ability to deliver effective training programs for adult learners, leveraging technology and eLearning platforms when feasible

● A startup mentality with a willingness to be hands-on, adaptable, and resourceful in a resource-constrained environment

● Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting institutional brokerage operations and fintech solutions (e.g., KYC/AML, data security) a plus

● Hands-on technical expertise in fintech solutions, including an understanding of product capabilities,limitations, and configuration options a plus
