Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in software software development, including at least 2 years in a tech leadership or a similar role
Proficiency in at least one backend-related programming language, and at least one scripting language, with Python being highly preferred.
Expert knowledge in backend development and cloud architectures.
Proficient in developing and deploying microservices in distributed environments with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and processes.
Practical experience and good knowledge of Event-Driven Architectures and Systems
Proven experience with NoSQL and RDBMS databases.
Strong understanding of modern data science principles and tools.
As a Staff Backend Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our backend architecture. You will lead the development of scalable, high-quality software while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend and other system components. ,[Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices., Drive technical decisions and define best practices for backend architecture., Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices., Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to develop integrated solutions., Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability., Ensure a high level of security and data protection., Utilize cloud technologies and DevOps tools to streamline development and deployment processes., Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior developers.] Requirements: Python, DevOps, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins Additionally: International projects.
