Full Stack Developer - React

NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be within the EMEA region to collaborate with their team, peers, and internal customers. The Customer Delight team is dedicated to creating premium customer experiences. We work across the full Hostaway platform to automate processes, build proactive features, and deliver improvements that our customers feel every day. As a Fullstack Engineer (PHP, React), you’ll deliver rapid fixes and long-term enhancements that make a visible difference for our users. You’ll own projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams to identify and resolve friction points. Your work will directly contribute to measurable gains in customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and position you as a go-to engineer for impactful, cross-domain solutions.

Build and improve full-stack features (PHP backend, React frontend) to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with Product, Support, and other teams to identify and resolve friction points.
Automate workflows to reduce support load and empower users.
3-5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering (SaaS preferred).

• Strong proficiency in PHP and React, plus comfort working across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues and design pragmatic, customer-focused solutions.
• English proficiency (C1 or above).
