We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the technical approach, work breakdown, execution, and delivery of projects in one of our Platform teams. You have the knowledge to tackle overarching strategic topics, influence the architecture, focus on performance & security, and advocate for best engineering practices.
Absorb our engineering culture, start coding and ramp-up quickly within the Adverity universe.
Support your product development team with deep code reviews , guiding them towards better system quality and engineering practices.
Participate in strategic cross-product engineering initiatives and help product development teams towards pragmatic technical decisions based on limited context, striving to constantly improve maintainability and reliability.
You increase your impact beyond your product development team to the whole engineering team & beyond.
Fluency in Python and (preferably) Django framework. During your career you’ve seen and managed things in production (large scale).
During your career you successfully mentored and coached engineers.
Flexible working hours and home-office
Regular team events (also remote) and a yearly global team trip
