Wir wünschen uns eine Person, welche sich mit den Freiheiten und Verpflichtungen im Umfeld der agilen Softwareentwicklung (angelehnt an Scrum/Kanban) wohl fühlt und welche ebenfalls hohen Wert auf die Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit Ihrer Arbeitsergebnisse legt. Weiterhin möchten wir Sie dazu animieren neue Ideen einzubringen und die bestehende Software zu optimieren und an neuen Lösungen zu arbeiten.
In unserer Auffassung ist jedes Team-Mitglied gleichermaßen verantwortlich für die Analyse, Konzeption, Dokumentation, Implementierung sowie das Testen der Kernfunktionalität des Produkts und wir wünschen uns jemanden, der diese Werte teilt und aktiv das Ergebnis mitgestalten möchte. JavaScript
Vertraut mit agiler Softwareentwicklung (Scrum/Kanban)
Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Bereich Git, Docker (o.ä.), Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
Erste Erfahrung in der Software Entwicklung unter Web-Technologien wie HTML, JavaScript/Node.js, CSS und ähnlichem
