The Plansee Group is an internationally active high-tech company based in Reutte in the Austrian Tyrol. Plansee Holding AG is owned by 100 percent by the private Flatlake foundation under Austrian law.

The Group comprises three corporate divisions: Plansee High Performance Materials (100%), Global Tungsten & Powders (100%) and Ceratizit Hard Metals & Tools(50%) and has a 20-percent holding in the Chilean molybdenum processor Molymet.
