As Group HR Specialist you are shaping various HR initiatives, including:
ESG: Contribute to implement our HR Sustainability strategy.
Social Minimum Safeguards: Help us to ensure the EU social minimum safeguards requirements. Assist with a group-wide risk analysis and the monitoring of risk mitigation measures.
Compensation and Benefits: Enhance our group-wide salary benchmark structure. Analyze industry trends and develop an equal pay indicator with us.
Data Analytics: Use the power of data analytics to create strategic HR dashboards.
General HR Process Improvement: Let's optimize our HR processes, also with the help of AI, to increase efficiency for our employees.

Requirements:
Background in HR with a passion for collaborating on group-wide initiatives or experience in Finance, especially in Controlling, eager to expand your skill set
Advanced Excel skills
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
