In order to expand and strengthen this team located in Bratislava, we are looking for new, ambitious colleagues for our client, for the position of a Senior Project Quality Engineer, focusing on one the following fields:

Car Electronics (E-Automotive Segment) / Injection Moulding (Plastics) and Carbon Materials

Job profile: As an experienced Project Engineer, you will become a member of a team that works on a variety of important projects related to the production of vehicles. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues in Slovakia and abroad on crucial company projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Quality reporting to part leader & OEM
Providing vehicle/sub-components build and launch quality support at local & out of state facilities especially for E-Automotive segment
Conducting quality inspection of parts, batteries, PCB assembly and testing processes
Collaborating with cross-functional and supplier teams to coach, resolve quality issues and implement & verify corrective actions using industry standard practices (8D etc.)
Identifying & containing potential quality concerns using engineering quality systems

Some of your main tasks:

General quality improvement (product & process)
On-site presence at EV car suppliers or OEMs
Check & review of various technical documentation
Check & review of various production standards, working instructions, CP
Process inspection & verification
Process Audit
Product Audit
Serial Release according to VDA
Product & Process FMEA

What do we expect?

Knowledge of project life cycle management from early R&D to series production and handover
Expert knowledge and experience in respective fileld, i.e. :
1. Experience with the production and supply of automotive batteries, wire harnesses, electrical and/or electronic systems. theoretical knowledge of the structure and functionality of high-voltage storage systems and their components is desirable
2. Expert knowedge in the injection moulding processes
3. Expert knowledge and experience in work with carbon compisite materials
Automotive core tools certificate / experience very welcome
Auditor certificate and / or experience preferred
Demonstrated experience with APQP/PPAP, 8D, 5S, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, MSA, Gauge R&R etc. Is preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF, VDA welcome
Affinity for numbers, technical solutions and state of the art equipment
Higher level of travel flexibility
Fluent in English &/or German, in addition to Slovak/CzecExpert expereince h
