Desktop Support Engineer

1st and 2nd level IT support
Installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Evaluation and integration of new operating system versions, drivers and hardware
Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidations
Management of antivirus and desktop security and management solutions
Installation of client hard- and software including the maintenance of our asset system

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems
Advanced hands-on experience with Windows operating system and user management in Active Directory
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues in IT infrastructure
A strong willingness to learn about and introduce new desktop applications and technologies
Fluency in verbal and written English, your work language is English
