Who Are you

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management preferably in a field operations or service delivery environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Experience in establishing and managing operational processes and KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.

What are you going to do

Supervise and lead all stages and units of the Fleet Operations in Vienna.
Establish resultbased operational processes and manage teams KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
Conduct staff planning supervise employee performance and effectively manage subordinate teams.
Motivate employees to increase their performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide consistent effective and open communication to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and departments.
