About the Role:

Your tasks will be Managing the Sales Planning Process of Austria and Switzerland in the area of a key account manager planning responsibility, hence, constantly analyzing and updating the sales forecast in order to improve the sales forecast accuracy and safeguard the optimal availability of goods.

Short/Medium Term-Perspective – Sales Planning: To ensure always the right baseline and activity forecast planning in order to optimize the Sales Forecast Accuracy and improve the service level to our customers
Long-Term-Perspective (S&OP-Planning): To ensure the availability of production capacities, raw- and packaging materials

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordination and maintenance of KAM Sales planning processes according to the business strategy and marketing plan – standard business, promotions, seasonal business
Sales Coordinator of planning processes with cross functional interaction between demand planning and sales department
Responsible for timely and effectively organized activities in cooperation with Demand Planning and Marketing departments
Ad hoc analysis for Country Manager & Sales Director

Who we are looking for:

Sales Planning experience (approx. 3 years), FMCG as a plus
Proficient in German and English– oral and written
Communication and strong analytical as well as communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
Background in forecasting and demand planning either from sales or demand planning perspective
Ability to work cross-functionally
Detail oriented, extremely accurate
Understanding of commercial planning basics
