What Youll Be Up To:

Keeping our tech gear in top shape because nothings sadder than a computer that wont compute.
Being the goto for tech support whether its over the phone via email or facetoface.
Setting up operating systems so smoothly users think its magic.
Tackling software and hardware issues like a boss.
Hooking up printers scanners and other peripherals without breaking a sweat.
Keeping our software up to date because nobody likes being stuck in the digital Stone Age.

Requirements

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

A rocksolid understanding of computer systems networks and peripherals. Basically if it beeps or blinks you know whats up.
Skills in Windows macOS and Linux youre the one your friends call for help when theyre lost in the OS jungle.
Experience with MDM solutions like Miradore and Samsung Knox Perfect we need that.
If Microsoft Office 365 were a game youd be leveling up fast thanks to your admin skills.
A Sherlock Holmes vibe when it comes to diagnosing and solving software and hardware mysteries.
Know your way around network protocols (TCP/IP DHCP DNS) Thats the cherry on top!
