Who we are

We are Speedinvest Pirates a boutique Growth Consultancy working together with earlystage startups to support them on their growth journey. We have more than 6 years of experience working with over 200 different startups (and scaleups or corporates) to achieve their goals faster and more efficiently. We are a team of 8 people who have experience as growth marketers brand strategists entrepreneurs and investors and we are looking for someone who wants to join us on our journey.

As a Senior Growth Manager (f/m/X) you will gain firsthand insights into the startup ecosystem in Europe! Join us fulltime (40 hours) at our HQ in Vienna with the possibility to work remotely. Develop your knowledge in the startup world and help amazing founder teams grow the next big tech solution of the future.

Tasks

In this Role you will

be responsible for developing projects strategically and consulting startups on their marketing strategies e.g. during kickoff workshops with the clients. Its all about understanding quickly what the startups need and how we can create value with our expertise
be able to hand over the operational part of projects to other team members and guide them during the project with your advice
be able to acquire new clients and sell projects
bring in your stateoftheart expertise and handson experience from one of the areas: Funnel Marketing Analytics PPC Advertising SEO Sales and Pricing
be able to prepare and organize workshops and guide participants through exercises and presentations
build longterm relationships with clients and know how to do key account management

Requirements

We expect you to

have already gained a minimum of 6 years of experience in a leading role working with startups or corporate venture arms (either on the startup agency or investment side) ideally for earlystage startups (preseed/seed) e.g. Senior Marketing Manager Business Development Lead HO Marketing or CMO
be familiar with the investment world and have a good overview of VC structures either in the private market or relevant experience in a Corporate Venture Builder
be able to identify quickly what founders need how we can be helpful solve pain points and deliver value
not shy away from speaking with prospects and customers you enjoy networking and connecting with people. You are a natural when it comes to Sales.
have a very good understanding of a variety of digital marketing tactics and you are experienced in one of them such as brand expertise (creating pitch decks setting up website projects) performance marketing (cold email lead gen campaigns media buying PPC advertising conversion rate optimization onpage SEO) content marketing or analytics.
have experience leading and coaching team members
work independently and drive projects forward on your own
feel motivated working in a fastpaced environment with highly demanding founders and being ready to work sidebyside with the management
be fluent in English (written and spoken).

Our minimum salary for this position is a monthly gross salary of 3.20670 based on fulltime employment. Of course there is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and experience.
