HR Recruiting Specialist (f/m/d)

In your role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. This pivotal role requires a blend of expertise in talent acquisition, process optimization, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with agility and precision, matching the right talent with the right roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and designated HR Business Partners to identify and understand recruitment needs, driving the process from the front
Partner with external recruitment agencies, ensuring quality and efficiency during the entire talent acquisition process
Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other HR tools to streamline recruitment and maintain up-to-date data
Act as a primary contact for candidates, providing clear and helpful guidance on employment queries
Participate actively in recruitment events, representing the company's culture and values

Your Profile

Solid experience in HR, particularly in white-collar and blue-collar recruiting
Comprehensive mastery of recruiting pipelines and proactive engagement in active sourcing strategies
Working experience with HR information systems; a background in a technical field is beneficial
Strong analytical skills, especially in managing KPIs and improving processes
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills
Team-oriented, with a proven ability to build effective relationships both internally and with external partners
