Identify opportunities for process automation and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and improve productivity, e.g., with tools like Power Automate and other M365 apps.
Maintain clear and open communication with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, management, and vendors, to align IT initiatives with company goals.
Create comprehensive documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and project outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Technologien und Skills

Proven track record of driving IT projects or digital transformation initiatives
Passion for staying up to date with the latest technological trends and a strong desire to implement transformative solutions in an international setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.

3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, business analysis, or a similar role within a corporate setting
Experience with either Microsoft 365 Applications, SAP ERP/CRM, Jira, or Confluence

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
